Eggless Biscuit Cake/Biscuit Cake Without Using Oven or Cooker/Perfect Spongy Eggless Parle G Biscuit Cake

Hello Friends,

Hope you all are doing great. December is the month of celebrating Christmas 🎅& New Year🎆🎆 🎉! Two celebrations in one month😊😊 ! Christmas & Cake are auto related. We can’t celebrate Christmas without cutting a  cake 🎂 ! Today I am going to share a super easy, super spongy and tasty chocolate cake recipe which can be easily Cooked in a kadahi. Yes, you can make this cake in a kadahi , there is no need of an oven or pressure cooker.

* Parle G Biscuits- 2 small packets

* Hide & Seek Biscuit- 1 packet

* Parle Milano- 1 packet

* Milk – 1.5 cup or as needed

* Sugar- 1 cup

* Oil- 1/2 cup

* Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp

* Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp

* Coco Powder- 1 tsp

* Dry Fruits- cashews & Pistachios (optional)

  Those who don’t want to make chocolate cake they can avoid chocolate biscuits and mix simple Parle glucose biscuits of another 2 packs.


 * Take a heavy bottom kadahi. Put a seperater in it. It should be fully covered while baking the cake. We are not putting any salt. Kadahi should be empty. Pre heat it for 5-7 minutes.

  * Crush all biscuits through a mixer grinder and make fine powder. Keep it in a big mixing bowl.

* Add coco powder, sugar and milk. Mix it well. The mixture should be of pouring consistency.

* Add baking powder & baking soda. Mix well 

* Grease the cake tin & pour the mixture into it. Pat it well to remove air bubbles.

* Decorate with dry fruits.

* Place the baking tin in the kadahi on a seperater  on medium flame and cook for 40-45 minutes. Check it regularly by a tooth pick. If it comes out clearly it means your cake is ready to serve😊 !

* When cake is baked then let it rest for 1 hour and then demould it. You can decorate this cake by chocolate syrup. Cut it into small pieces and serve to all.

Eggless Peanut Cookies

How are you all?  Wishing you all a very Happy Navratris !! Here in Kolkata where I resides,  now is the time of fun and enjoyment!  Hopping, shopping, masti and fun!! Kolkata is famous for Durga Puja! This  is the time of offering prayers to Ma Durga and getting blessings from her. I am praying  to Ma Durga for the wellbeing of entire society!!

Today I am going to share peanut cookies recipes . I had already shared eggless chocolate cookies recipes and cooker made cookies!  This one is oven baked cookies and very yummy :)! It is very easy, quick and delicious eggless recipe of cookies. 


White refined flour/maida-2 cups

Powdered  Sugar- 1 cup

Unsalted butter-1 cup

Salt-a pinch of

Crushed peanuts-1 cup

Baking powder-1 tbs

Baking soda-1/2 tbs

Vanilla extract- 1 tbs


  1.  Take a large bowl, mix butter and sugar,  untill it becomes creamy. 

  2. Seive maida, baking powder and baking soda. Now slowly mix in the sugar and butter mixture. 

  3. Now add salt, vanilla essence and peanuts. Mix well. Preheat the oven. Mixture should not be too hard or too watery. 

  4.  Now make balls of the dough and put it on the greased baking tray.

 5.  Bake for 15 minutes at the temperature of 160 degree. 

Cookies baking in oven, just few minutes left:)

 Wow:)!Cookies are ready to serve. Just serve and enjoy!

 Eggless Chocolate Cookies 

Hi guys! 

Hope you all are doing well! Cookies are everyone’s favourite but chocolate cookies😄are really yummy and there is no need to explain that whenever I make chocolate cookies, they instantly been disappear :)! So, today I am going to share a really delicious, quick and mouth watering eggless chocolate cookies recipe. 


Maida/white flour – 2 cups

Powdered sugar-1 cup

Baking soda-1/4 tsp

Baking powder- 1/2 tsp

Unsalted butter-1 cup

Cocoa powder- 3 tbs

Chocolate pieces – 15-18 pcs

Vanilla essence- 1/4 tsp


  1.  Sieve the maida, baking powder and baking soda.  Keep aside. 

  2.  Now take a bowl and mix butter and sugar . Beat it untill the mixture becomes creamy. 

  3. Add slowly  maida mixure in it, mix well. Pour vanilla essence and cocoa powder.  Now make small cookies from the dough and insert  one chocolate piece in it and cover it nicely. Make all cookies in the same way. 

  4.  Preheat the oven for 5 minutes.  Take the baking tray, grease it well.  Now put cookies for baking.  

  5. Bake cookies at the temperature of 160 degree for 15 minutes. 

Now, delicious ,easy eggless chocolate cookies are ready to serve. 

  P. S. – To avoid burning cookies from the bottom spread aluminum foil on the tray.  Be careful,  foil should be within  the tray,not outside

Delicious cookies/Pressure cooker cookies

Hello everyone!

Hope you all are doing well. In India, today is a very big festival,Rakshabandan or Rakhi.It is a hindu festival where brother promises to protect his sister from all evil and in return, sister ties a thread to show they will continue loving their brothers and pray for their well being. I really love this festival . I also missed my brother because i couldn’t go to tie rakhi but also happy at the same time as my younger sister will tie rakhi from my side too. Really , lots of love to my dearest sis and caring bro.

Moving on,have you ever tried cookies in pressure cooker? If not,then what are you waiting for?You just need an idli stand in which you could prepare cookies. You can prepare many cookies in one time. I used vanilla flavour and cardamoms which always give divine results. I really like cardamom flavour and I am sure  you all will like this because this is very easy and delicious cookie recipe which you all will like to  share with your loved ones. 

 Maida- 2 cups                            Butter/oil- 1/2 cup                                Powdered sugar- 1 cup                        Milk or hot water- as required Baking soda- 1/2 tsp                           Cardamoms- 1/2 tsp (powdered)    Vanilla Essence- 1/4 tsp                     Cashewnuts –  semi crushed 3tbs.  Baking powder- 1/4 tsp


* Take a mixing bowl ,put butter/oil, sugar,cardamom,vanilla essence and milk/water .Stir well for atleast 10 minutes.                          * Now put all dry ingredients as maida,baking powder ,baking soda in the mixing bowl and stir well .       * Now preheat pressure cooker over medium flame for 5 minutes after putting some water.                                * Greese the idle stand and now make cookie from  dough and put in the stand.                                                    * Cover the lid without putting whistle on it.                                              * Bake on medium heat for 5 minutes ,lower down the heat to low to medium and cook for 30-35 minutes. After 3 5 minutes insert a    toothpick ,if it comes out clear that means cookies is baked . Allow the cookies to cool down for 10 minutes.
