Hope you all are doing great!! Well, today I am going to share paneer bhurji recipe which is also called Chena bhurji in Bengal. Chena or paneer is Indian Cotrage cheese, which is very healthy and nutritious. This is a very quick and easy recipe. Sometimes we have no time to cook any curry, then you can instantly make this tasty paneer bhurji😊!

INGREDIENTS-

1. Paneer/Indian cottage cheese-200 gms

2. Onion- 1(cut into small pieces)

3. Green chilli-1

4. Green coriander- 1/4th cup

5. Black pepper- as per taste

6. Salt- as per taste

7. Oil- 1 tbs

8. Tomato-1

METHOD-

1. Take a sauce pan on a medium flamed burner with oil in it.

2. Put cut green chilli and onion. Stir it till it became brown.

3. Add tomato and cook.

4. Mix mashed paneer or chena. Add salt and black pepper. Mix it well.

5. Add green ciriander and tasty paneer fry or chena fey is ready to serve.

Hara Bhara Aloo Dum/Harey Dhaniye Vaala Aloo Dum/Vrat valey Aloo

Hi guys,

Hope you all are doing great! Dhaniya or coriander is easily available in winter days. Including few leaves of coriander increses the taste of any recipe. Today, I am going to share hara bhara aloo dum recipe. I really like the taste of this sabji. It is generally a popular recipe of North India.

Ingredients

1. Coriander-100 gms

2. Boiled Potatoes- 8-10 ( small sized)

3. Green chilli- 1-2 as per taste

4. Ginger- a small piece

5. Cumin- 1 tsp

6. Amchoor powder/mango powder- 1 tsp

7. Oil- 2 tbs

8. Salt- as per taste

Method

1. Hard boil the potatoes, make paste of corainder, chilli & ginger. Keep aside.

2. Take a non-stick kadahi with oil in it. Heat the oil add cumin. Put potatoes and fry till golden brown.

3. Add the paste with salt in it. Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Mix amchoor or mango powder. Your dish is ready to serve.

Gobhi Ke Koftey Curry/ Cauliflower Koftey Curry Recipe/ Gobhi Kofta Recipe

Hello Everyone!

Hope you all will be doing great!! In my home, I generally face the problem of what to cook for everyone who will be eaten by all without any problem😱 ! Cauliflower or gobhi is such a veggie which is not liked by my all family members so I find a nice solution. So here is a tasty,delicious and yummy recipe of Gobhi ke koftey or Cauliflower koftey recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1. Cauliflower/ phoolgobhi- 500 gm

2. Besan- 4 tbs

3. Onion- 2 big size

4. Tomato- 1

5. Ginger- small piece

6. Turmeric- 1tsp

7. Coriander powder- 4 tsp

8. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp or as per taste

9. Salt- as per taste

10. Coriander leaves- 1/4th cup

11. Oil- as required

12. Asafoetida or hing- a pinch of

13. Cumin or jeera- 1 tsp

Method

Cut cauliflower or gobhi into small pieces and wash it. Similarly wash and cut onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Grind cauliflower in a mixer grinder. In the same container make paste of 1 small onion, ginger, garlic and tomato. Keep aside. Take a big bowl with cauliflower paste, mix besan, salt and chilli powder. No need to add water. Take a kadahi on medium flamed burner with oil for frying. Make medium sized koftey of the batter and fry them. Keep aside. Take a kadahi with 2 tsp of oil. Add cumin or jeera & a pinch of asafoetida or hing. Mix onion and fry till it turn brown. Now mix the paste of onion with all spices, coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder. Stir it till oil seperate. Then add 2 cups of water and boil it. After boiling mix koftey and boil for 5-7 minutes. Atlast add green coriander leaves. Your tasty dish is ready to serve.

Bread Upma Recipe/Bread Poha/ Quick Breakfast Recipe

Hope you all are doing great ! Today I am going to share a very easy and quick bread upma or bread poha recipe. Bread upma is generally a variation of the traditional upma recipe which is made by using semolona or suji. It is very good in taste and favourite of all. You can make it for the tiffin of your kids.

INGREDIENTS

* Bread- 7-8

* Onion- 1 big size or 2 medium size

* Tomato- 1 medium sized tomato

* Boiled Potatoes-2 medium sized

* mustard seeds- 1 tsp

* Green chilli- 1 or as per taste

* Turmeric- 1 tsp

* Coriander leaves- half cup

* Peanuts or moongfali- 1/4th cup

* lemon juice- 1-2 tsp as per taste

* Salt- as per taste

* Oil-2 tsp

METHOD-

1. Firstly, cut bread in to small square pieces . Keep aside.

2. Peel and cut onions into small pieces and cut tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves into small pieces.

3. Take a kadahi on medium flamed burner. Add oil. Then mix, mustard seeds, green chilli and onions.

4. When onions turned brown , add tomatoes & turmeric. After 1-2 minutess add boiled potatoes. Let it cook for a while.

5. Mix bread pieces, salt and 1-2 tsp of water. Stir it well. Mix coriander leaves, peanuts and lemon juice.

Your tasty bread upma or bread poha is ready to serve.

Well, today I am going to share Sweet tomato chatni recipe which is very famous in Bengal. It is very easy and a best companion of your lunch or dinner. Ingredients

* Tomato- 500 gms

* Sugar/jaggery- 100 gm (as per your choice)

* Green chilli- 1-2 (as per taste)

* Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp

* Salt- as per taste or 1 tsp

* Panchforan or jeera- 1 tsp

* Raisins- 10-12

* Oil-1 tsp

METHOD

* Take a kadahi, add oil. When it became warm mix panchforan or jeera. Then add green chilli. Let it turn it into brown.

* Add tomato pieces and salt. Wait till cooked. Flame should be medium.

* When tomato is cooked add sugar or jaggery with raisins. Please see my video . Link is given above.

* When the consistency become thick ,turn off the flame. Mix roasted cumin powder.

Wow! Your chatni is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS

* Peas- 3 cups

* Rice-2 cups

* Coriander powder – 3 tbs

* Cumin powder- 2 tsp

* Green chilli- as per taste

* Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

* Cinnamon powder-1 tsp

* Small Cardamom- 2-3

* Big Cardamom-1

* Cloves- 3-4

* Cumin- 2 tsp

* Asafoetida or hing- a pinch of

* Salt- as per taste

METHOD

* Take about 3 cups of water in a vessel in which you will make khichdi.

* Wash and grind the peas in a mixi jar.

* When water will start boiling, add peas paste with coriander-cumin powder & turmeric. Stir continuously .

* After 10 minutes of boiling peas paste on medium flame, add rice after washing thoroughly. Stir it otherwise rice will be stick to the vessel. Mix salt and cook untill rice will be fully cooked.

* After 10 minutes on low flame, khichdi will be cooked. Add water accordingly. Khichdi should not be too thick or too thin. Mix cardamom powder & cinnamon powder.

* Now take 2-3 tbs ghee in a kadahi. Add asafoetida or hing & cumin. When it turns brown mix it into khichdi.

Namak Pare/Nimki Recipe

Hi guys,

Hope you all are doing great. Since a long time I had not posted any recipe. But today I am going to share very tasty crispy Namak Pare recipe which is very easy to make at home. It is everyone’s favourite. You can store it for a long time. My kids love to eat namakpare very much.

INGREDIENTS-

* Refined flour /Maida- 500 gms

* Oil- For frying

* Red chilli powder- as per taste

* Carom/ Ajwain – 2 tsp

* Salt- as per taste

METHOD

1. Take refined flour or maida and add 3 tbs oil as moyen. Flour should be bind in a fist to make it more crispy.

2. Add salt, carom & red chilli powder. Mix it well.

3. Add little water and knead hard flour. It should not be soft. Otherwise namakpare will not be crispy.

4. Now take oil in a kadahi on a medium flame burner. Take a small portion of dough and roll it like a roti . Thickness is more than a roti. Cut in nimki shape. Please see the video for the perfect nimki making.

5. On a medium flame fry all nimkies.

Tasty namakpare is ready to serve.

Besan Chakki Recipe/Besan Barfi Recipe/ Mohanthal Recipe With Video

Hello Everyone!

Happy Diwali in advance to all of you!! Those who are looking for a perfect recipe of Besan Barfi, my this recipe is for you ,guys! The taste of this barfi is super awesome and it is generally liked by any age group of people. So you can make this one without thinking it twice. I had tried this one by using ghee & also by using refined oil😉 Those people who don’t like to cook in desi ghee can make it by using refined oil. So it’s totally upto you as you like.

INGREDIENTS

1.Besan or gramflour- 500 gm

2. Desi Ghee or refined oil- 350-400 ml

3. Sugar- 400 gms or as you like

4. Green cardamom-1/2 tsp

5. Cashews-8-10 chopped

6. Pistachios- 5-6 chopped

Method

1. Take a nonstick kadahi on medium flame. Add besan or gramflour.

2. Mix ghee or oil . Don’t mix all ghee or oil altogether. Mix it side by side of roasting besan. Mix according to the consistency of besan. Never add too much ghee or oil.

3. Stir continuously till it will be fully roasted. Turn off the flame.

4. Now make sugar syrup by adding sugar and half of water. Means if you are taking 1 cup of sugar then add 1/2 cup of water. Let it boil on medoum flame till sugar melts.

5. Never overcooked. Be careful when you are making sugar syrup boil it when it becomes sticky and one thread consistency. Add cardamom powder.

6 . Mix sugar syrup in the kadahi of roasted besan. Stir continuously for 5-6 minutes without turning on the flame.

7. Now grease a plate and pour all cooked material into it. Leave it for 2-3 hours till it set.

8. After setting it, cut pieces according to your choice.

Your tasty besan barfi or besan chakki is ready to serve.

Hope you all are doing great. You all would know the benefits of bottlegourd or louki. Some people also call it doodhi. The taste of Bottlegourd kheer is really yummy😄! On any festive occassion or on any fast day(vrat ), you can take it. It is very healthy and nutritious. Well, today I am going to share bottlegourd kheer recipe.

INGREDIENTS-

1. Bottlegourd or louki-500 gms

2. Milk-750 gm or as required

3. Mawa or khoya- 100 gm (optional)

4. Sugar- As per taste

5. Green cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

METHOD-

1. Peel, wash and grate bottlegourd or louki .

2. Take a nonstick kadahi on medium flame . Add 2tsp ghee . Mix grated bottlegourd and fry it till it becomes light brown.

3. Mix milk and cook untill bottlegourd fully cooked. After that add mawa, sugar & green cardamom powder. Let it cook for 1 minute. Now switch off the burner.

Tasty, yummy & nutritious bottlegourd or doodhi kheer is ready.

INGREDIENTS

1. Milk- 1/4th cup

2. Desi ghee- 2tsp

3. Milk Powder- 1 cup

Method

1. Take a nonstick pan on a medium flamed burner. Add ghee.

2. Mix milk and stir it for 1 minute.

3. After 1 minute mix milk powder and continuously stir it till it becomes thickens.

Within 5 minutes, mawa will be prepared😊 !
